The owner of BASELINE, INC., Stephen Barcena has been a surveyor since the 1970's while living in Florida. He started out on a field crew and worked his way up to Department Manager while working with one of the largest companies in the area prior to starting his own business in 1996.
Stephen resides in Chesterfield with his wife and son and is active in the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors and the Home Builders Association of Southside Virginia. He is also a member of the Virginia Association of Surveyors, Colonial Heights Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau.
